AEIA's professional graphic artists will ensure that your Club(s) promotional  message is informative and entertaining. Unlimited updates of club content which includes video will be up-loaded and scheduled on the RaffleTV System.

Permanent Internet connection to control live content
This will provide frequent up to date information and fresh new content (i.e. internet television).
Audio Control
RaffleTV will control the audio-mixing volumes between the Televisions and Club PA (e.g. The Ode).
Calendar Entries
Scheduled events in Outlook converts to a “What’s On” page on a daily basis.
Data Entry
Graphics and / or simple data entry can be controlled directly by your staff. 
Scheduling
Complete control over when entire messages or parts of messages are displayed.

• Automated scheduled events such as the “Ode” and “Dress Code” will mean managers & staff can focus on other  duties (includes audio); 
• The raffle game hosts are not limited to control the raffle from one area of the club. The host of the game is free to roam around the room and interact with the patrons involved with the game(s);
• Patrons can also participate in the raffle game draw process.
